INTEX Osaka will start introducing the multilingual interpretation service "KOTOBAL" at INTEX Osaka Information Center from April 17, 2024 (Wednesday).

“KOTOBAL" is a service that enables translation and interpretation of up to 31 foreign languages and voice written communication by hybrid interpretation by AI function interpreters and operators. Conversations are instantly converted into text and displayed on the display for smoother communication with visitors.
