Commercial Filming Guidelines
If you wish to conduct commercial filming at INTEX Osaka, you will need to complete the application process by submitting a Filming Application Form. Please review the following before contacting us.
1. Available Filming Locations
Available areas include indoor and outdoor common areas, as well as the Nakafuto parking lot.
*If you wish to use the exhibition halls or conference rooms for filming, please check the separate guidelines and proceed accordingly.
2. Available Dates and Times
Weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00 (including loading and unloading). However, we reserve the right to deny filming in the following cases:
Facility closure days
Days when there are exhibitions, conferences, or other events
Other days as determined by us
3. Application and Approval
Please contact us at least two months prior to your desired filming date and submit a filming application and project proposal.

4. Filming Fees

Payment
All filming fees must be paid in advance.
Please transfer the payment to the designated bank account at least one month prior to the filming date (excluding weekends and holidays).
Cancellation
Cancellations after filming approval will be subject to the following cancellation fees. The same applies to cancellations due to weather.

5. Denial or Revocation of Filming Approval
Filming requests will be denied if any of the conditions below apply. In addition, even after consent to film has been granted, if any of the following conditions are deemed to apply, the consent will be immediately revoked.
- When payment of filming fees has not been received by the specified deadline.
- When it is deemed that the content being filmed is at risk of offending public order and morals.
- When it appears that there is a risk of damage to our facilities or equipment.
- When organizations that may engage in violent or other illegal activities, organizations related to such organizations, or organizations whose business is unclear use our facilities. Additionally, when filming is deemed to be in the interest of these organizations.
- When the contents of the approved filming application differ from the actual contents filmed.
- When filming interferes or is likely to interfere with facility users or visitors.
- When filming is deemed to otherwise be an obstacle to the management and operation of the facility.
6. Disaster Prevention and Facility Management Guidelines
- Make sure that filming equipment does not obstruct automatic fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, outdoor fire hydrants, and other fire safety equipment.
- Do not place any equipment or items that may hinder evacuation at exits, corridors, stairs, etc.
- Take sufficient measures to prevent too many visitors from gathering in the aisles and obstructing traffic when filming.
- In the event of a fire or accident, immediately contact the Disaster Prevention Center and take initial response measures.
- We are not liable for any damage to facilities or equipment managed by INTEX Osaka caused by fire or accident arising from filming granted through this application or for any accidents involving bodily injury or theft, damage, or defacement of property that occurred during the filming period, regardless of the cause. The person who was given consent to film shall bear full responsibility.
7. Filming Guidelines
- On the day of filming, carry the application form stamped with the official seal of approval with you.
- As a general rule, use portable battery-powered equipment for lighting, etc.
- We do not provide waiting rooms, rest areas, or private dressing rooms.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking by filming staff will be limited to designated areas.
- In the event that facilities or equipment are soiled or damaged, the applicant will pay for the cost of cleaning, repairs, etc.
- Follow the instructions of the facility manager in the event of a fire, disaster, and other emergencies.
- We do not provide special services such as the provision of equipment or security staffing for filming, so be sure to prepare or arrange these matters in advance.
- Legal action may be taken in response to the unauthorized use of photos and videos resulting from false applications.
- Please send us a copy of the completed materials (magazines, posters, DVDs, etc.) produced as a result of your filming application.
